When ordering your product you agree to the terms of returns / refunds. We offer a 100% return and refund policy. Please complete the form with as much information as you can. For returns once we receive your return request we will email you instructions how to return your item. Once received we will issue you a full refund. All items must be in their original packaging and undamaged. All refunds process within 7 to 10 business days. ( For Services, Production Loan, Crypto and crypto services are bound by their own refund policy, this refund page does not apply, see refund policy for each services.)
